Every reservation at Hugh is prepared exclusively for one guest.
To provide a calm, uninterrupted experience, we reserve our time and space especially for you.
We kindly ask that you review the following reservation policy before continuing.
Advance Payment
To secure your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Booking for Two
For two guests wishing to enjoy the same service, please select the corresponding PAIR menu when making your reservation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 24 hours before Full refund
- Within 24 hours or no-show 100%
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the reservation fee.

Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrival may shorten your treatment time in order to respect the following guest's reservation.
